Jiancheng custom epoxy resin flakes are a type of floor coating for concrete or tile substrates. They offer excellent self-leveling properties and are available in glossy and semi-matte finishes, with the semi-matte finish reaching a hardness of up to 7H.

Currently, we offer 12 custom colors and 6 types of colored sand aggregates to choose from, and we support sample processing.

 

Epoxy Resin FLAKE self-leveling flooring consists of four components: epoxy resin (Component A), epoxy curing agent (Component B), colorant (Component C), and flakes (Component D); the total weight is 20.5 kg (A 10 kg, B 5 kg, C 0.5 kg, D 5 kg).

 

Application Scenarios

Suitable for cleanroom floors, rounded corners, commercial shopping mall floors, villa and residential courtyards, etc. Epoxy resin colored sand self-leveling flooring provides a smooth, seamless, marble-like finish, suitable for almost all indoor floors.

1. Instructions for using "JCEPCF001-SL" epoxy resin: After grinding and cleaning the surface, mix JCEPCF001-SL evenly according to the label instructions. Apply evenly using a roller or squeegee. Ensure the material cures evenly, covering the entire surface. If any area turns white, recoat the affected area to ensure complete coverage.

 

2. After the first coat of "JCEPCF003-SL" epoxy resin has cured, mix "JCEPCF003-SL" again according to the specified ratio. Add component C of the colorant and continue mixing. Apply the mixture to the entire surface, simultaneously sprinkling component D rock chips.

 

After the second curing, clean off any unbonded rock chips. Apply a final coat of "JCEPCF003-SL" epoxy resin to the entire surface for a smooth finish. The surface is complete upon curing.

Precautions for use:

1. During application, the surface moisture content should be below 8% (curing time for cast-in-place concrete surfaces needs to exceed 28 days), and the air humidity should be below 85%.

2. If the ground strength is below 30MPa, apply at least two coats of primer to ensure the ground strength increases to 30MPa.

3. This product is a solvent-free epoxy resin material. After application, allow approximately 3 days of ventilation before use.
